Position Summary
The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank serves as the primary provider of investment services to our mass affluent client base. Based at our 9861 Montgomery Road location in Cincinnati, Ohio, you will lead with financial planning and wellness, targeting clients with $250,000 to $2 million in investable assets. This full-time role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and partnership with retail branch teams to uncover holistic financial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand client relationships with investable assets over $50,000, executing consistent sales processes and financial plans.
- Host holistic financial wellness conversations to identify investment and banking opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions through a range of investment products.
- Achieve sales and referral goals by leveraging book of business, leads, and branch partnerships.
- Coach and mentor branch personnel to maximize client-focused sales production.
- Develop Centers of Influence strategies across the Consumer Bank.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licenses: FINRA SIE, S7, S66 (or S63 & 65), and state insurance licenses required upon hire or within specified timeframe.
- Skills: Proven sales track record, client-centric approach, team collaboration, and familiarity with financial systems.
- Other: Valid driver's license; occasional travel and physical demands of office environment.
