Position Summary

The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank's Eagle, ID location (3144 East State Street) plays a pivotal role in serving our mass affluent client base. This full-time position emphasizes financial planning and wellness, delivering investment solutions to clients with $50,000+ in investable assets, particularly targeting $250,000 to $2 million. As the primary investment services provider, you'll build partnerships with retail branch teams and centers of influence to drive relationship growth and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and expand client relationships through consistent sales processes and comprehensive financial plans.
• Host holistic financial wellness conversations to uncover investment and banking opportunities.
• Provide needs-based financial solutions using consultative sales and assessment tools.
• Achieve sales production and referral goals via book of business, leads, and branch referrals.
• Coach and mentor branch personnel to maximize client-focused sales production.
• Develop strong Centers of Influence strategies across the Consumer Bank.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• FINRA Licenses: SIE, S7, S66 (or S63 & 65) required upon hire.
• State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, Accident/Health or Life & Disability) required.
• CFP certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license; occasional travel including overnights.
• Strong sales track record, client focus, and team collaboration skills.
