Position Summary
The Private Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering investment services to KeyBank's mass affluent client base. Emphasizing planning and financial wellness, you'll lead with holistic conversations to uncover opportunities for investment growth and banking referrals. This full-time, mid-level position requires FINRA licensing and a passion for consultative sales in a collaborative branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand client relationships targeting $250K-$2M investable assets through consistent sales processes and financial planning.
- Host comprehensive financial wellness discussions to identify household opportunities in investments and banking.
- Partner with Retail Branch Managers and teams to generate referrals and maximize production.
- Coordinate investment product delivery, including coaching branch personnel on client needs.
- Develop Centers of Influence strategies leveraging Consumer Bank partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licenses: FINRA SIE, S7, S66/S63+65, and state insurance licenses (Life, Variable, Accident/Health) required upon hire or within specified timeframe.
- Skills: Proven sales track record, client-centric focus, team collaboration, knowledge of investment products, and proficiency with financial systems.
- Other: Valid driver's license; occasional travel and general office physical demands.
