Position Summary

The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank's Twin Falls branch (1665 N Blue Lakes Boulevard) plays a pivotal role in serving our mass affluent client base. This full-time position emphasizes financial planning and wellness, delivering investment solutions to clients with $50K+ investable assets, particularly targeting $250K-$2M. As the primary investment services provider, you'll partner with retail branch teams to identify full relationship opportunities, drive sales growth, and foster long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow new Mass Affluent clients and expand existing relationships through consistent sales processes and financial planning.
• Lead holistic financial wellness conversations, uncovering investment and banking opportunities with comprehensive plans.
• Employ consultative sales techniques and assessment tools to deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Achieve sales production and referral goals by leveraging book of business, leads, and branch referrals.
• Collaborate with branch managers, teams, and Centers of Influence to maximize cross-selling and client acquisition.
• Coordinate investment product delivery, mentor branch staff, and ensure exceptional client service.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• FINRA Licenses: SIE, S7, S66 (or S63 & 65) required upon hire.
• State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, Accident/Health or Life & Disability) required.
• CFP certification preferred.
• Proven sales track record, client-centric approach, and team collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license; occasional travel including overnight stays.
