Position Summary

The Private Client Advisor at KeyBank in Yakima, WA plays a pivotal role in serving our mass affluent client base. This full-time, mid-level position emphasizes financial planning and wellness, delivering comprehensive investment solutions to clients with investable assets between $250,000 and $2 million. As the primary provider of investment services, you'll partner with retail branch teams to uncover full relationship opportunities, driving sales growth and client satisfaction in a collaborative banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow new clients and expand existing relationships targeting high-value investable assets.
• Lead holistic Financial Wellness conversations and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Execute consultative sales processes using assessment tools for needs-based solutions.
• Achieve sales production and referral goals through leads, book of business, and partnerships.
• Cross-sell investment and banking products while coaching branch personnel.
• Build Centers of Influence strategies to maximize referral opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses: FINRA S7 required upon hire; S66 or S63/66/65 required.
• Skills: Proven sales track record, client-centric focus, collaboration, digital awareness, decision-making, empathy, and persuasion.
• Broad knowledge of bank-based investment markets and proficiency with financial systems.
