Position Summary

As a Private Client Banker at KeyBank's Eastgate Boulevard branch in Cincinnati, Ohio, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to clients. This full-time role involves a plan-based approach to financial wellness, assessing needs, documenting data, and delivering tailored solutions. You'll refer clients to experts in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking while embodying a client-first culture. With a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour), this position offers competitive pay in banking jobs in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen for financial opportunities in client conversations and provide customized recommendations, referring investment/insurance products.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence, documenting efforts.
• Open accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending) and deepen client relationships.
• Partner with branch teammates and lines of business for client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance, support operations (including teller line), and participate in huddles/debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as needed and maintain ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire.
• Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referrals in insurance/investments.
• Sales techniques knowledge (tele-consulting, prospecting, networking).
• Strong interpersonal skills, PC/digital tech proficiency, and ability to influence partners.
