Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's location at 2855 E Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43209, you will serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on holistic client relationships using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess needs, document data, and refer to specialized services to enhance financial wellness. Earn a competitive salary ranging from $50,998 to $78,000 annually (based on $24.52 - $37.50/hour).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external partners.
- Open accounts, process loans, and support teller transactions as needed.
- Maintain expertise in KeyBank products and competitors for informed conversations.
- Ensure compliance and participate in daily branch huddles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and Life/Health Insurance licenses required upon hire.
- Proven sales experience in insurance/investments and relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital tech knowledge.
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
