Position Summary

As a problem solver and partner, you'll assess needs, recommend solutions, and refer to specialized services in retail banking, investments, private banking, mortgages, and business banking. Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence.
- Open accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending, CDs) and deepen client relationships.
- Partner with branch teams and specialists for client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance, support operations, and participate in daily huddles; occasional Saturday work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Sales techniques knowledge: tele-consulting, prospecting, networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital tech savvy.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire; life insurance license preferred.
