Position Summary

The Private Client Banker (PCB) at our 2829 W 11th Street location in Eugene, Oregon, is a trusted advisor and problem solver. You'll focus on holistic client relationships using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Serving new and existing clients, you'll assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role offers a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour) and requires FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal partners like Key Investment Services and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts (checking, business, loans, CDs) and educate clients on digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance, support teller operations, and participate in team huddles.
• Work Saturdays as needed and maintain deep product knowledge for competitive advising.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and foundational sales techniques (required).
• FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire; Life and Health insurance knowledge.
• PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech savvy, and strong rapport-building skills.
• Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
