Position Summary
The Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Evans, NY branch (9094 Erie Road, Evans, New York 14006) plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial wellness solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. As a problem solver and partner, you'll assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time position offers a salary range of $52,000 - $79,997 annually (converted from $25.00 - $38.46/hour), with opportunities to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Financial Advice
- Listen for financial opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
- Refer investment, insurance, and lending products effectively.
- Prospect and document efforts to build referral pipelines.
Operational & Compliance Duties
- Open accounts and support teller transactions.
- Ensure adherence to risk, security, and audit policies.
- Collaborate with branch teams and partners via meetings and huddles.
Business Development
- Develop knowledge of KeyBank and competitive products.
- Work Saturdays as needed and perform additional duties.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking. Comfort with small business clients and digital tools (MS Office, mobile apps).
Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE required upon hire; Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Skills: Exceptional rapport-building, objection handling, and partner influence.
