Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Financial Solutions
- Listen for financial opportunities in conversations and provide customized recommendations, referring investment/insurance products.
- Assess needs, document data, and open accounts including checking, business, lending, and CDs.
Sales & Networking
- Build referral pipelines via prospecting, internal partnerships (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage), and external centers of influence.
- Attain activity, behavior, and outcome goals consistently.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to risk, security, and audit policies; support teller line and branch huddles.
- Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and digital tools to educate clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and influencing partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital tech knowledge.
- Comfort with small business clients, objection handling, and Saturday shifts as needed.
