Position Summary
The Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Greenwood Village branch plays a pivotal role in delivering plan-based financial advice to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Located at 9250 E Arapahoe Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80112, this full-time mid-level position offers a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour). As a PCB, you'll assess financial needs, recommend solutions, and refer to specialized partners in investments, insurance, mortgage, and business banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts including consumer checking, business deposits, home equity, and CDs.
- Foster partnerships to deepen client relationships and drive acquisition.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and support branch operations, including teller duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and Life/Health Insurance licenses required upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology knowledge.
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
