Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker at KeyBank's Hilliard branch (5390 Cemetery Road), you will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner. Deliver plan-based financial advice, assess needs, and refer solutions across retail banking, investments, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role offers a salary range of $52,000 - $80,000 annually (converted from $25.00 - $38.46/hour) and requires FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral networks with internal partners like Key Investment Services and external influencers.
- Open accounts, handle transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and document client interactions meticulously.
- Participate in daily huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Strong sales techniques, rapport-building, and digital literacy (MS Office, mobile apps).
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses upon hire; life insurance license preferred.
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
