Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker in Hilliard, OH, you will embody a client-first culture, delivering plan-based financial advice and solutions. Located at 2130 Hilliard Rome Road, this role involves assessing client needs, opening accounts, and referring to specialized services in investments, insurance, mortgage, and business banking. Ideal for sales-driven professionals with FINRA licensing, this position offers the chance to build lasting relationships and drive financial confidence for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen for financial opportunities in client conversations and deliver customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
- Prospect and develop referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open consumer and business accounts, including checking, deposits, lending, and CDs.
- Partner with branch teams and line-of-business experts to deepen client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, support branch operations, and participate in team huddles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses upon hire; life and health insurance licensing preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office), digital tech knowledge, and ability to influence partners.
- Comfortable with small business clients, objection handling, and Saturday shifts as needed.
