Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Lakewood branch located at 7425 W Alameda Avenue, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time role focuses on delivering plan-based financial advice, assessing needs, and referring tailored solutions across retail banking, investments, mortgages, and business banking. Earn a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $80,000 annually ($25.00 - $38.46 per hour), with opportunities to exceed through performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a strong client experience culture by listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Build referral pipelines through disciplined prospecting, internal partnerships, and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, handle transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties and team huddles.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and stay updated on products and competitive offerings.
- Work Saturdays as directed and perform other duties to support team success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, and Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire; Life and Health Insurance license preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, networking, and influencing partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfort with small business clients, and proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms.
