Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Pickerington location (126 Postage Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147), you will serve high-value clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time, mid-level role focuses on holistic financial wellness, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Earn a competitive salary ranging from $50,998 to $78,000 annually ($24.52 - $37.50 per hour), while building lasting relationships and driving client confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations, including referrals for investments and insurance.
- Prospect and develop referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence, documenting efforts diligently.
- Open and manage personal/business accounts, such as checking, small business deposits, home equity, and CDs.
- Partner with Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to deepen client relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with policies, support branch operations, and participate in daily huddles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and Life/Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology knowledge to educate clients.
- Comfort with small business interactions, objection handling, and influencing partners.
