Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain compliance with all KeyBank policies, risk procedures, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with partners in Key Investment Services, Private Bank, and more to deepen client relationships.
Essential Skills for Success
Excel in sales techniques, rapport-building, objection handling, and digital tools like mobile apps and online banking platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
- Comfort with small business clients, PCs (MS Office), and digital technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence partners and educate clients.
