Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's location on 831 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, you'll serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on holistic financial wellness through a plan-based approach, assessing needs, documenting data, and delivering tailored solutions. Partner with Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to help clients achieve confidence in their financial future. This full-time role offers a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations via referrals for investments and insurance.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence, documenting efforts diligently.
- Open accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending, CDs) and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with branch teammates and partners through meetings focused on acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance, support operations including teller duties, and participate in huddles; work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building insurance/investment referrals.
- Sales/service techniques knowledge: tele-consulting, prospecting, networking.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire; interpersonal skills for rapport-building.
- PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech savvy for client education.
