Position Summary
The Private Client Banker (PCB) in Greece, Rochester, NY, plays a pivotal role in delivering plan-based financial advice to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Located at 2791 Ridge Road West, this full-time mid-level position focuses on assessing client needs, recommending tailored products, and referring to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. Earn $24.52 - $37.50 per hour ($50,998 - $78,000 annually) while helping clients achieve financial confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations as needed.
- Maintain deep knowledge of KeyBank products and ensure full compliance with policies.
- Partner with teammates to deepen client relationships and drive acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and Life/Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship development, and referral building.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sales techniques, and digital technology proficiency.
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
