Position Summary

As a Private Client Banker in Sewickley, PA, you'll act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to individuals and businesses. This full-time role focuses on holistic financial wellness, assessing needs, recommending solutions, and referring to KeyBank specialists in investments, mortgages, and business banking. With a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour), enjoy competitive pay in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
• Maintain deep knowledge of KeyBank products and competitive offerings for meaningful conversations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, participate in team huddles, and work Saturdays as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses upon hire.
• Proven sales experience in insurance/investments and foundational knowledge of prospecting/networking.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office), digital tech proficiency, and ability to influence partners.
• Comfortable with small business clients, objection handling, and rapid rapport-building.
