Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker (PCB) in Stow, OH, you'll be the go-to advisor for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Embodying a client-first culture, you'll assess needs, deliver tailored financial solutions, and refer to KeyBank specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role combines relationship building, sales expertise, and branch support to help clients achieve confidence in their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen for financial opportunities in client conversations and provide customized wellness recommendations, referring investment/insurance products.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal partners (Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking) and external influencers.
- Open accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending) and educate on digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance, document interactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Participate in huddles, debriefs, and occasional Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses upon hire; Life and Health Insurance licenses.
- Proven experience developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and networking in financial products.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sales techniques, PC/digital proficiency, and ability to influence partners.
