Position Summary

The Private Client Banker (PCB) role at KeyBank's Wexford branch is your opportunity to serve high-value clients with up to $2M in investable assets. As a PCB, you'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering plan-based financial advice, assessing needs, and referring tailored solutions from Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly range of $25.00 - $38.46, equating to approximately $52,000 - $79,917 annually, and emphasizes building lasting client relationships in a dynamic branch environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience and Financial Wellness

• Embody a strong client experience culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Refer investment, insurance, and other products to meet client goals.

Sales and Prospecting

• Build referral pipelines through internal/external centers of influence and disciplined prospecting.
• Open accounts including checking, business, home equity, and CDs.
• Attain activity, behavior, and outcome goals consistently.

Operations and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all policies, including documentation of interactions.
• Support branch operations, teller line, huddles, and work Saturdays as needed.
• Develop partnerships with teammates and line-of-business professionals.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, networking, and influencing partners. Comfort with small business clients and objection handling.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech knowledge.
Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, and SIE required upon hire.
