Position Summary
As a Private Client Banker at our Transit French location in Depew, NY, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to individuals and businesses. This full-time role focuses on delivering plan-based financial advice, assessing needs, and referring tailored solutions across Retail, Investments, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. Embody our client-first culture while achieving sales goals and building lasting relationships in a dynamic branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
- Prospect and develop referral pipelines through disciplined calling and networking with internal/external influencers.
- Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
- Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals for client acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Ensure compliance, support teller operations, and participate in daily huddles; work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses required upon hire; Life and Health insurance knowledge.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Sales/service techniques including tele-consulting, prospecting, and networking.
- PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech savvy, and strong interpersonal skills for rapport-building.
