Position Summary
The KTOS Data Literacy Program Manager plays a pivotal role in executing strategies for Data Inventory, Data Catalog, Party & Reference Data, and AI Ready Data programs. This high-visibility position involves close collaboration with technology and business partners in a matrixed environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Literacy, you'll drive quarterly planning, adoption, change management, and strategic roadmaps while handling day-to-day execution including issue resolution, budgets, and metrics reporting. Enjoy hybrid flexibility with 3 days in-office at our state-of-the-art Tiedeman Road facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programs by aligning teams on vision, scope, release planning, and cross-functional goals.
- Conduct quarterly program increment planning to create achievable roadmaps supporting Data Literacy objectives.
- Deliver regular status updates on issues, risks, metrics, and progress to stakeholders and executives.
- Navigate ambiguity to lead initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
- Facilitate working sessions to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure business goals are met.
- Manage dependencies across scrum teams, Product Owners, Second Line of Defense (2LOD), and Internal Audit (3LOD).
- Act as a catalyst for Enterprise Data & Analytics Services strategy, driving global change and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in agile delivery models.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills for executives and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PPT, Word, Excel) for presentations, reports, and project tracking.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Continuous improvement mindset and professional presence.
