Position Summary
KeyBank is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the Sales Enablement Program within our Salesforce CoE. This strategic role supports Sales, Marketing, and Wealth domains, driving the technical roadmap, platform excellence, and leadership of a blended developer team. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, technical leadership, and a passion for scalable solutions that empower commercial teams. Located at 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, OH, this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $165,000 annually, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and execution for Sales Enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Wealth.
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery, aligning with business goals and architecture standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to internal staff and external contractors.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Functions, LWC, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and modern tools.
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, data governance, and compliance.
- Manage vendors and champion agile practices with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud; familiarity with LWC, Functions, Data Cloud, Einstein; strong architecture, integrations, data modeling.
Leadership: Tech leadership of hybrid teams; roadmap and project management experience.
Technical Acumen: Apex, SOQL, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps; data governance/security best practices.
Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect); financial services experience; agile/CoE background. Excellent communication skills required.
