Position Summary
The Senior Account Manager - Institutional plays a critical role in servicing KeyBank's commercial real estate portfolio. Located at 11501 Outlook Street in Overland Park, Kansas, this hybrid position (#LI-Hybrid) ensures timely, efficient servicing within loan documents, policies, and laws. Earn a competitive base salary of $68,000 - $103,000 annually, plus incentives, in a full-time, mid-level role ideal for experienced mortgage servicing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor assigned portfolio for contractual compliance and implement new servicing technologies.
- Perform intensive servicing for underperforming loans, including inspections, financial analysis, and Watchlist Committee recommendations.
Financial Administration
- Generate revenue through fees, late charges, and default interest.
- Administer payments, delinquencies, reserves, taxes, insurance, and payoffs with yield maintenance calculations.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain loan data in servicing systems like KCMWeb and complete Asset Quality Reports.
- Review insurance certificates and handle borrower inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Commercial mortgage servicing/underwriting experience, real estate law/appraisal/accounting knowledge, McCracken/Strategy system proficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication skills; expert in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; legal document interpretation.
Equipment includes computer, 10-key calculator, phone, fax, copier. On-the-job training provided.
