Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with wealth management goals, focusing on digital client engagement, portfolio tools, and advisor platforms.
- Lead platform modernization efforts, integrating scalable WealthTech solutions with robust security and compliance features.
- Innovate with AI, analytics, and APIs to enable personalized advisory services, operational automation, and advanced client insights.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to FINRA, SEC regulations, and enterprise risk frameworks, achieving zero critical breaches.
- Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that improve NPS and reduce onboarding times.
- Manage fintech partnerships and drive KPIs like 99.9% uptime, digital adoption growth, and cost efficiencies.
