Position Summary
The Senior Finance Analyst - Embedded Banking role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of KeyBank's Commercial Bank. Reporting to high-visibility leadership including the Commercial Bank CFO and Head of Commercial Product, you'll provide data-driven insights that influence business growth and performance in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment based in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Forecasting
Take ownership of long-term forecasting processes, leveraging data to support forward-looking expectations and business planning.
Business Partnership & Leadership Support
Collaborate with product and finance leaders to deliver transparent financial results, strategic alignment, and executive-level guidance.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
Produce consistent, accurate reporting emphasizing key business drivers, while handling ad-hoc analysis, special projects, regulatory support, and compliance needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years in Finance, Payments, Product Management, or related
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and large data set management
- Proven analytical skills, strategic mindset, and executive communication abilities
- Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority
- Strong business acumen for operational drivers and market dynamics
Preferred Skills
SQL, Google Big Query, Tableau, commercial banking/payments exposure, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or Essbase.
