Position Summary
The Senior Finance Analyst - Middle Market role at KeyBank is pivotal in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives for our Commercial Bank. Based at 127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio, this position partners closely with Regional Sales Executives and senior leadership. You'll leverage strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and communication to deliver forecasting, reporting, and profitability insights. Key Responsibilities
Financial Partnership & Reporting
- Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on financial results, targets, and strategic progress.
- Own short- and long-term forecasting, including driver-based models for loan portfolios and fees.
- Develop full funnel reporting for new market performance and profitability.
Analysis & Presentation
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, post-mortems, and research on market performance.
- Present quarterly/monthly to senior leadership, translating trends into risks and opportunities.
- Complete regulatory reports and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4+ years analytical experience in Finance, preferably banking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); preferred: Tableau, SQL, Workday Financials.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
