Position Summary

The Senior Lead Finance Analyst - Merchant Services role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of KeyBank's Enterprise Payments function. This remote position, based in Ohio, provides critical financial support for our Merchant Services product offering. As a strategic partner to Product Leadership, you'll lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis in a fast-paced environment, delivering insights that drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the short- and long-term forecasting process, providing context to Line of Business Finance partners across Middle Market, Real Estate, Institutional, and Consumer segments.
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models using product and client data to predict Merchant Services fee performance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting analyzing financial results against targets and progress on strategic initiatives.
• Present to senior leadership, translating business driver trends into forward-looking risks and opportunities.
• Complete required external and regulatory reports while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, build strong cross-functional relationships, and support team deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Product Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with large complex data sets.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Organized self-starter with detail-oriented problem-solving abilities and time management skills.

Preferred Skills: Tableau, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, SQL, Google BigQuery, and commercial banking experience with payment products.
