Position Summary
KeyBank seeks a Senior Manager - Enterprise Data in Brooklyn, OH (hybrid with remote flexibility for travelers). Lead high-impact data modernization projects, guiding squads of 20-40 associates across the US, Canada, and India. Drive enterprise-scale data solutions from legacy platform pivots to analytic dataset curation. Ideal for seasoned leaders with banking acumen, cloud expertise (GCP, Big Query), and tools like SQL and Ab Initio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead distributed teams of Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Data Analysts, ETL Developers, and Testers on data solution implementations.
- Enable large-scale modernization and new capability projects via data integrations and curation.
- Scope, design, staff, and manage data workstreams including sourcing inputs and system integrations.
- Oversee financial budgets for projects and cost centers.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to deliver solutions meeting enterprise needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years management experience with medium-to-large geographically dispersed teams.
- Enterprise-scale data solution expertise; GCP, Big Query, SQL, Ab Initio experience required.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and risk management skills.
- Banking/financial services background preferred; cloud experience a plus.
- Proven ability to attract, develop talent, and manage across time zones.
