Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Direct project staff, oversee lifecycle checkpoints, and approve deliverables
- Negotiate requirements, budgets, resources, and timelines for project success
- Monitor performance metrics, lessons learned, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Build trusted advisor relationships with business partners and present to executives
- Drive change management, risk escalation, and dependency tracking
- Manage financials, capacity planning, and team development
- Support business case development and portfolio rationalization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years complex project experience; 3+ years team management and financial services preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Expertise in project methodologies, stakeholder management, and financial oversight
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

- Ensure focus on change management, issue escalation, and risk mitigation
- Support business case development and portfolio rationalization
- Manage project financials, capacity planning, and team performance
