Position Summary
The Senior Relationship Manager, Income Property Group, acts as a Trusted Advisor for commercial real estate clients in Newport Beach, CA (also considering Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, AZ). Drive profitable revenue growth by delivering comprehensive financial advice, leveraging KeyBank's full product platform, and managing a high-quality portfolio. This full-time, mid-level role demands expertise in real estate finance, client relationship building, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop holistic client understanding and craft value-added financial strategies amid industry dynamics.
- Educate clients on KeyBank products like credit facilities, cash management, syndications, private equity, and more.
- Structure deals with strong risk mitigation for optimal returns.
- Manage portfolio proactively for profitability and asset quality resolution.
- Collaborate with Credit, Product Partners, and Servicing for seamless execution and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coach team members and participate in professional networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of real estate finance experience.
- Proven balance of business development and risk management.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
