Position Summary

As a Senior Scrum Master at KeyBank, you'll align with Product Owners to deliver business value, facilitate sprint events, and promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Based at our 4910 Tiedeman Road location in Brooklyn, Ohio, you'll coordinate across the enterprise, implement Agile best practices, and coach teams in Scrum methodologies. This role ensures adherence to quality standards, resolves impediments, and drives KeyBank's Continuous Delivery framework for data and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach squads using Agile/Scrum principles to deliver valuable products on time.
• Evaluate team cohesion with Product Owners and recommend improvements.
• Drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and participate in the Continuous Delivery Community of Practice.
• Coordinate cross-divisional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Monitor scrum processes, remove impediments, and foster self-organization.
• Support Product Owners in sprint goal focus and backlog prioritization.
• Promote shift-left development, pair/mob-programming, and automated testing.
• May lead multiple squads, providing expertise in risk and change management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Scrum Master Certification required; PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience; data/technology solutions leadership preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Scrum, Agile project management, and application release techniques.
• Strong skills in coaching, adaptability, risk management, and organizational change.
