Position Summary
KeyBank is hiring a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Google Dialogflow, Voice Bots, Chatbots, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Node.js. This hybrid role (mobile with 2 days in-office at 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, OH) offers a base salary of $68,000 - $103,000 annually, plus incentives. Lead the development of scalable conversational AI for our Contact Center, driving technical excellence in a finance-focused environment. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of voice/chat agents using Google Dialogflow and GCP.
- Architect Node.js microservices for secure, high-performance solutions.
- Optimize AI solutions for multi-channel customer interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI into workflows.
- Mentor engineers and enforce cloud-native best practices.
- Ensure financial regulatory compliance and security.
Required Qualifications
Seeking candidates with 8+ years in software engineering (3+ in leadership), expertise in Node.js, Google Dialogflow, GCP, Contact Center tech, microservices, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required. Finance background a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills essential. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment for cloud-native applications
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in the financial services domain
