Position Summary

The Senior Specialist (ATM Ops Support) at KeyBank oversees the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) networks. Based at our Operations Center in Brooklyn, Ohio (with hybrid options after training), this mid-level role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) with rotational half-day Saturdays. Ideal for experienced operations professionals passionate about banking technology, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Competitive pay ranges from $20.19 - $30.77 per hour (approximately $42,000 - $64,000 annually).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ATM systems for optimal performance, uptime, and security.
  • Deliver advanced technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and partners for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and industry security protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of operations experience in banking or similar.
