Position Summary

The Senior Supervision Officer - Customer Complaints plays a critical role in the first line of defense, overseeing the end-to-end customer complaint process. Based at our 4900 Tiedeman Road location in Brooklyn, Ohio, this hybrid position (3+ days in office) ensures timely, accurate, and compliant resolution of client concerns while driving continuous improvement in complaint handling practices. Key Responsibilities

Complaint Management & Analysis

  • Manage end-to-end complaint resolution within regulatory timelines.
  • Analyze trends and root causes to identify risks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Develop policies aligned with banking regulations and internal standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with business units for consistent complaint practices.
  • Deliver reports on metrics, trends, and risks to leadership and committees.
  • Escalate significant regulatory issues promptly.

Training & Improvement

  • Provide training on best practices to teams and partners.
  • Participate in projects for risk mitigation and control strengthening.

Required Qualifications
