Position Summary
The Small Business Cash Management Advisor (SBCMA) partners with Retail Branch teams to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with cash management needs. This inside sales role involves identifying client needs, participating in conference calls, relationship reviews, and financial consultations. Located at 11 Stanwix Street, Pittsburgh, PA, this hybrid position (#LI-Hybrid) offers a salary range of $27.40 - $41.83 per hour (approximately $57,059 - $87,010 annually), plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Retail teams to educate on cash management products, features, value, and pricing.
- Support identification and strategy for cash management opportunities in local markets.
- Build Retail branch confidence via joint calls and collaborative efforts.
- Prepare customized Cash Management proposals and uncover referral opportunities.
- Handle client requests directly or via referrals for seamless setups.
- Achieve production goals and contribute to team sales success.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent (required); Bachelor's preferred.
- 1+ years in client-focused roles with growth/service goals.
- 1+ years interpreting financial statements.
- Skills in cash management, client relationships, financial analysis, sales proposals, and compliance.
- Occasional travel and valid driver's license required.
