Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst - Commercial Strategy role in Cleveland, OH, is an office-based position requiring 4 days per week at our 127 Public Square location. As a key member of the Commercial Bank Strategy Team, you'll collaborate with executives and business leaders to evaluate markets, customer needs, products, industry trends, and competition. This mid-level opportunity offers a base salary of $71,000 - $122,000 annually, plus incentives, in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategy team and executives to define problems, structure frameworks, build recommendations, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop compelling presentation materials and documentation for regular leadership updates.
• Analyze internal/external data to deliver actionable intelligence to Commercial Leadership.
• Provide reporting, analytics, research, and feedback on projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams, partners, and support areas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in banking, finance, consulting, or relevant experience.
• Self-starter with adaptability, intellectual curiosity, detail orientation, and strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); excellent written/verbal communication.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products/services.
• Experience executing growth initiatives under tight timelines.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate analytical insights to Senior Leadership.
