Position Summary

The Sr. Client Manager, Healthcare role in Cleveland, OH, is an exciting opportunity within KeyBank's Commercial Bank team. As the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, you'll drive client acquisition, expansion, and retention while delivering exceptional service. This hybrid position (2+ days in office) at 127 Public Square offers a base salary of $69,000 - $105,000 annually, plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to acquire, expand, and retain commercial healthcare clients
  • Manage cash management services, compliance projects, and new service rollouts
  • Prepare and review client agreements with precision
  • Ensure adherence to all Risk policies and support testing initiatives
  • Generate cross-sell leads and participate in bank-wide growth initiatives
  • Analyze data to resolve complex client issues and develop tailored solutions
  • Make risk-aware decisions, own outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years cash management experience (required); 3+ years Commercial Banking (preferred)
  • Expertise in treasury products; CCM or CTP certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and client presentation abilities
  • Proven time management, prioritization, and analytical skills

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address complex client issues
  • Make timely, risk-aware decisions and take ownership of outcomes
  • Set objectives, manage priorities, and analyze information for solutions
