Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to acquire, expand, and retain commercial healthcare clients
- Manage cash management services, compliance projects, and new service rollouts
- Prepare and review client agreements with precision
- Ensure adherence to all Risk policies and support testing initiatives
- Generate cross-sell leads and participate in bank-wide growth initiatives
- Analyze data to resolve complex client issues and develop tailored solutions
- Make risk-aware decisions, own outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years cash management experience (required); 3+ years Commercial Banking (preferred)
- Expertise in treasury products; CCM or CTP certification (preferred)
- Strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and client presentation abilities
- Proven time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
