Position Summary
The Sr Client Manager, Middle Market plays a pivotal role in KeyBank's Commercial Banking team, serving as the primary point of contact for middle-market business clients. Based in Portland, OR at 1211 SW Fifth Avenue, this position focuses on acquiring, expanding, and retaining clients with treasury management and enterprise payments needs. Enjoy a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site if near KeyBank offices), 8-5pm PST hours, and coverage of the Oregon portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to expand and retain clients needing treasury management services
- Own cash management service maintenance, project completion, and compliance reviews
- Prepare and deliver client agreements while adhering to risk policies
- Generate cross-sell leads and support sales initiatives
- Collaborate on complex implementations with Implementation Specialists
- Manage Client Service Orders, provide technical training, and ensure SLA compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years banking or cash management experience (Commercial Banking preferred)
- Proven customer service success with strong analytical/data mining skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred: Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
