Position Summary

Join KeyBank as a Sr Client Service Specialist in a dynamic remote role supporting our commercial card program. Deliver best-in-class service by handling complex client needs, including inquiries, account maintenance, transaction research, and integration projects. This position offers flexibility: fully remote outside KeyBank's footprint or hybrid (2 days on-site weekly) in select cities like Cleveland, OH; Buffalo, NY; and others. Work PST hours to serve clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and vendors with exceptional service.
  • Execute precise account maintenance adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support product integration projects, including client training.
  • Resolve escalations by identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
  • Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Train and customize client website portals.
  • Securely manage sensitive client data.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in financial services or banking, preferably commercial/consumer.
  • Proven client escalation management and support experience.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Team-oriented with process improvement mindset.
  • PC proficiency and Microsoft Office expertise.

Preferred: Commercial card, product/sales support, fintech experience with APIs, ERP, CRM, transmissions, file feeds, or expense management software.
