Position Summary

The Sr. Cybersecurity Operational Risk Officer is a key 2nd Line of Defense role reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Risk Oversight. Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Brooklyn, Ohio, this position provides independent oversight and subject matter expertise in cybersecurity domains, operations, architecture, governance, and information security. You'll identify material risks, deliver credible challenges, and develop mitigation strategies for Key Technology and Operations Services, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform gap assessments on control coverage and first-line risk identification processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to uncover emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate projects, strategic initiatives, and new technologies for risk alignment.
• Oversee the technology portfolio, ensuring adequate mitigation strategies.
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and ongoing monitoring of industry trends.
• Foster relationships with senior management and escalate significant issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Operational Risk, Technology Risk, Information Security, or Audit.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
• Experience with regulators, auditors, and holistic risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, advanced degree in technology/security, or Archer GRC knowledge.
• Project management and Agile experience.
