Position Summary
As Sr IT Manager - Real Estate Capital, you will lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining technology applications tailored to Real Estate Capital (REC) Originations. This remote role based in Ohio leverages your technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to support loan origination, underwriting, pipeline management, and deal closing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery and support of REC Originations application portfolio, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and QA to meet enterprise standards.

- Manage 3rd party vendors for on-time, high-quality REC platform delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Experience with loan origination systems and REC platforms highly desirable.
- Agile methodologies expertise; Scrum Master certification a plus.
