Position Summary
The Sr. Project Manager at KeyBank leads complex Web/Mobile Application Development and front/back-end processing projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams using Standard Project Lifecycle Framework, coordinating activities across diverse team members.
- Develop integrated project plans, manage scope changes, dependencies, and critical paths while tracking milestones.
- Estimate resources, manage vendor performance, draft budgets, and conduct cost forecasting and variance reporting.
- Identify risks, perform impact analysis, escalate issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication planning, stakeholder liaison, change management, and knowledge transfer including lessons-learned reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; PMI certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of increasingly complex project experience.
- Proficiency in Jira, Scrum, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with application development, cloud, network, and security infrastructure.
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, communication, and business acumen skills.
