Position Summary

The Technical Incident Manager at KeyBank in San Diego, CA, leads cross-functional teams to resolve critical technology incidents impacting enterprise systems. This hybrid role (LI-Hybrid) at 13520 Evening Creek Dr N. involves monitoring incidents, driving resolutions, and communicating with stakeholders. Expect a standard shift of 11:00 AM–9:00 PM EST, plus rotating on-call and off-hours support. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and lead recovery for incidents and outages affecting operations.

  • Conduct post-mortems, document timelines, and test recovery plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years leading technical incidents/projects in distributed systems, networks, apps, and mainframes.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in high-stress settings.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA), and risk assessment.
  • Preferred: ITIL certifications and 1+ years in site reliability engineering.

  • Ensure recovery documentation is accurate and tested for feasibility
