Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by welcoming clients and resolving servicing issues efficiently.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with precision while balancing cash drawers.
• Listen actively during interactions to identify financial needs and refer to bankers for deeper conversations.
• Participate in daily huddles, maintain compliance with security protocols, and work Saturdays as needed.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like ATMs, online, and telephone banking to enhance their experience.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven client service and cash handling experience.
• Comfortable with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
• Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
