Position Summary

As a Teller at KeyBank in Albany, NY, you will be the friendly face of our branch, delivering outstanding in-person client service. Tellers handle daily transactions, resolve servicing issues, and uncover opportunities to guide clients toward financial wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by welcoming clients, processing transactions accurately, and resolving issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven client service and cash handling experience.
• Comfortable with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
• Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
