Position Summary

As a Teller at our Depew, NY branch located at 2066 George Urban Boulevard, you will be the face of KeyBank, providing top-tier in-person service to new and existing clients. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $37,440 - $47,994 annually (based on $18.00 - $23.08 per hour). Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences by handling transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve servicing issues while listening for financial needs to refer clients to bankers.
• Balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance and security protocols, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and policies.
• Participate in daily huddles, debriefs, and occasional Saturday shifts to support team operations.
• Educate clients on digital tools like ATM, online, and telephone banking to enhance their financial wellness.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven client service and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with PCs, Windows-based applications, and calculators.
• Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs., and communicate effectively face-to-face.
