Position Summary
As a Teller at our Hamburg, NY branch located at 5334 Southwestern Blvd, you will be the face of KeyBank, providing top-tier in-person service to new and existing clients. This full-time role involves handling transactions, resolving issues, and uncovering opportunities for deeper financial conversations. With a competitive salary range of $37,440 - $47,994 annually (based on $18.00 - $23.08 per hour), this position offers a rewarding entry into banking careers in Hamburg, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences by assisting with transactions and servicing needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues while escalating complex matters.
- Listen for financial wellness cues and seamlessly transition clients to bankers.
- Balance cash drawers accurately, adhering to compliance and security protocols.
- Participate in daily huddles, work Saturdays as needed, and stay current on bank products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
- Comfortable with PC software, Windows applications, and calculators.
- Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
Physical Demands
This role requires prolonged standing (5-8 hours), frequent hand use, lifting up to 30 lbs., and clear communication.
